Last night I was reading in the Swiss paper that Egypt is planning on introducing a veil ban. Though the interesting part is who wants to introduce this ban.

On Sept 25 I posted a comment on how Linux could be the new threat. Am I still of this opinion? Oh yeah! I am (still) utterly stunned at how good my netbook and my desktop server with GUI executes. Linux and Ubuntu might finally have cracked that nut.
I have even found that GNumeric is quite a bit better for financial calculations that Excel. GNumeric is a real statistical and financial engine. Impressive. Now if I could only get GNumeric to talk to my .NET application.

On the weekend I had a good talk with a good friend of mine and I asked, “what’s wrong with the US?” He said, “its easy, we are self-delusional.” I asked, “Really how?” He answered, “I sat down with a guy who was retiring from Ford in five years.
