I'll ask my real estate agent when he gets back from his European vacation (how can he afford it!) ;) I'm buying now and know a few other people who are too. Also, it could be that I'm in that sweet spot age of 25, but I know a lot of people who are getting married and/or having babies. Bed Bath and Beyond bounced a bit already, but stocks like it might be good because folks figured it too coupled to the housing market. Not really coupled to the housing market + housing market turn around + low valuation = good play. I get the same feeling as you.
