Because you know what? It's era of new ways to buy asset and keep it. Most rich people don't invest into stocks or bonds. And Warren Buffet is just genius.. who noticed perfect opportunity. And Warren Buffet is billionaire... and mostly not for a reason of the growth in stocks. He is billionaires because he intended to become one and has always been ready to do whatever it takes.
