					<description>Nice write up. I'm generally with you with regards to this new stock plan. Obviously a lot of employees are going to be cashing in, which will bring a lot of selling pressure on the stock. Not good for investors.

At the same time, I see why Google has to do this. They are hiring a lot of people. I've heard something like 1,500 people per year. And they are looking for the best and brightest. People are going to be more likely to take the job if they feel they will be able to cash in, as opposed to waiting 5 years to make a profit. A lot of people, especially in tech, aren't willing to make a 5-year commitment to a company.</description>
