					<description>I envy the American trading comission fees, tax rates and now the credit interest rates? Most Canadian credit cards are at least 18.9%, 19.9%. 

Canada's current prime lending rate is 6% since May '06. C'mon! Canadians are getting no respect, and they want to allow the Big 5 banks here to merge and form an even more monoplistic industry? (sigh)</description>
